Risk
If required, one of our fist steps will be to review your business identifying potential risks. This will all be recorded in a risk register that we will provide for you.
Some key areas that we will look at are data protection, single points of failure, system resilience, and key suppliers.
Business impact analysis
If required, we can review or implement business impact analyses across your business. This will look at the activities that you carry out, how quickly they need to resume and what you need to run your activity.
Develop your business continuity strategies
Once we know what you need and how quickly you need it, we can then look to put strategies in place to make sure that your activity continues during any type of disruption.
Developing plans
We will identify the content once the strategy is in place. We can create a plan or a series of plans, that provide information on how to activate your Incident Management Team (IMT) and Senior Management Team (SMT). The plan will also provide guidance on how to recover key services.
We can ensure your plans are updated, and tested, by agreeing a maintenance schedule. Your plans are live documents and should be updated when you have a significant change, however we can conduct annual reviews to ensure they are maintained.
We look to provide a holistic approach by aligning business continuity and resilience
Training and testing
To ensure that your strategy and plans are robust, we will work with you to test this and raise response awareness across the business.
